Lubeck Fellowship in Jewish Nonprofit and Communal Leadership
As part of its Pam & Joe Lubeck and Family National Volunteer Leadership Initiative, Chai Lifeline presents the Lubeck Fellowship in Jewish Nonprofit and Communal Leadership. The program is committed to developing the next generation of Jewish leaders through education, unique experiences, and exclusive networking and career opportunities.
The Fellowship provides young men and women who have demonstrated a passion for volunteerism and community activism the opportunity to engage with and learn from renowned experts and leaders, gain insight into the inner workings of the nonprofit world, develop lifelong skills, and prepare for a future in Jewish communal leadership.
Fellows are selected from a competitive applicant pool made up of the very best volunteers across Chai Lifeline's national regions and Camp Simcha. The cohort will take part in a weekly virtual seminar consisting of EIGHT sessions covering a range of topics, such as Jewish values and identity, nonprofit management and marketing, education and advocacy, fundraising, Jewish nonprofits in the digital age, and more. Participants will hear from Jewish communal and nonprofit leaders, philanthropists, and business executives, and Chai Lifeline professional staff.
Upon completing the seminar, Fellows will earn a Certificate in Jewish Nonprofit and Communal Leadership and become eligible for a position at Chai Lifeline, tailored to match their area of interests and skillset.
