Moshe Levy is the President of Safeguards Technology, an
internationally renowned anti-terrorism technology firm. He is one
of only 40 people to have been awarded Israels prestigious Gibor
Yisrael medal. Though he was grievously wounded in the Sinai
during the Yom Kippur War, Levy acted with extraordinary courage
to protect the lives of the soldiers under his command.
Despite the loss of his right arm in that battle, Levy refused to give
in to despair or disability. His decision to meet adversity with action
and to succeed despite all odds is an inspiration to Chai Lifelines
4,300 children and families around the world battling the isolation
and pain of serious pediatric illness.
Founded in 1987 to bring joy and hope to seriously ill children and
their families, Chai Lifeline provides the emotional, social, and
financial assistance that allows children with cancer and other
life-threatening illnesses or devastating chronic conditions, to cope
with the crises and everyday challenges of their lives.
We encourage you to join us in paying tribute to Major Moshe Levy
by sending in your generous donation and look forward to greeting
you personally at the Chai Lifeline Annual Benefit Gala.
Your Hosts,
Michael & Neomi Dezer
